  1. 24 hours (including going out) personal hygiene care and daily life assistance (such as feeding, holding, toileting, bathing, changing diapers, changing throat and ostomy bag)
  2. 24-hour (including going out) medical supervision: activity ability, nutritional intake, psychological and mental status, sleep quality
  3. Wound or throat stoma care
  4. Intramuscular, subcutaneous, arterial or intravenous injection and infusion of drugs
  5. Throat feeding
  6. Body index monitoring: blood sampling and laboratory tests, sleep apnea test
  7. Peritoneal dialysis (dialysis)
  8. Simple exercise or being exercised
  9. Accompanying out to the doctor
